Laser Liposuction is our namesake and speciality at New England Laser Lipo.   Our founder Dr. Paul Willis has extensive knowledge and experience with Laser Liposuction and is the first to offer it in the Shrewsbury, MA area. He is a board certified and trained physician in laser aesthetics including Smartlipo®.

Smartlipo® is a laser technology used to not only melt fat, but also to tighten the skin above those areas, where there’s looseness.  Results can also reduce the appearance of cellulite in those areas.  Smartlipo® laser technology liquifies and permanently destroys the fat cells of the targeted area resulting in tighter, smoother skin over traditional liposuction.

It is best for patients who have had difficulty losing areas of fat with diet and exercise and are within 25 lbs of their ideal weight.  These areas can include the abdomen, hips, thighs, knees, back, mons pubis, face, and neck.

Performed under local anesthesia, this minimally invasive procedure is performed in our comfortable Shrewsbury office in as little as an hour.  Downtime after the procedure is minimal with most patients returning to work in three to four days time.  Results can be seen in the weeks following the procedure with continued improvement of skin tightening in the treated area(s) in 3 to 6 months.

Many patients choose Smartlipo® as an alternative to traditional liposuction for it is safer, less invasive and performed under local anesthesia. Which can result in less bleeding and swelling during the procedure.

If you are ready to get back to a tighter, more contoured body in 2016, contact New England Laser Lipo for a consultation.  Dr. Paul Willis will meet with you to discuss your goals and needs to determine if Smartlipo®  is the right choice for you.
